E-NDT: Existence, Now, Differentiation, Time

A metaphysical framework built from one rule: take what IS as it is. Matter, space and consciousness have never been observed to arise from anything prior — so all three are defaults. From that, time becomes consciousness's measurement of order, Now becomes individual and graded, and eight natural phenomena follow from the same primitives.
